FIFTEEN YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
AQUAFLEX VINYL ENGINEERING, INC. guarantees this pool liner against seam separation and faulty workmanship under normal use and service for a period of fifteen years from the schedule and date listed below. The manufacturer’s obligation shall be specifically limited to repairing or replacing the pool liner at the manufacturer’s option, and does not include installation or any other expenses or damages resulting from a failure of the liner. This warranty does not apply to damage due to improper installation, incorrect measurement, accidents, tears, "floating liner", liner coming out of the track, punctures, negligence of continuous pool maintenance, allowing the water level to drop below the skimmer or failure of the pool owner to keep chemical levels within the range established by NSPI. Irregularities in printing, fading, and tile alignment are not covered by warranty. The materials used in the fabrication of this liner are not produced by Aquaflex and any failure due to material defects must be referred to the manufacturer of the raw materials. Failure to maintain proper chemical levels may cause premature color loss, wrinkling, or brittleness in the liner. The manufacturer shall not be liable for any damages to persons or property caused by failure of the liner. This warranty is voided if the pool is emptied of water by the homeowner or if the area above the waterline is not properly maintained and kept clean. As the most common cause of liner failure is neglect, please begin a daily and weekly maintenance program as soon as your pool liner is installed and you’ll enjoy many years of trouble free service.

THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND REMEDIES, WHICH ARE EXCLUSIVE AND LIMITED BY ITS TERMS. EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE REQUIRED BY LAW, WHICH MAY VARY FROM STATE TO STATE, THE MANUFACTURER DISCLAIMS ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
WARRANTY REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE| If you find that you have a seam separation and wish to initiate a warranty claim, you must within ten days inform us in writing of the defect. A photo will be helpful. You will be given a response within ten days as to the disposition of your claim. If your defect is not covered by warranty, please call a licensed contractor for liner repair or replacement. If your defect is covered under warranty, factory will furnish current retail price at time of your claim. Refer to the chart at right to determine what prorate retail price you will be charged by the factory to replace the liner. If it is determined that the liner will need to be returned for inspection or repair, you will be given a return authorization number which must be shown on the package. Freight charges must be prepaid, collect shipments will not be accepted. |

IF THE HOME IS SOLD, THIS WARRANTY MAY BE TRANSFERRED, ACCORDING TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS:
1. During escrow, original customer must contact dealer listed above for pool inspection to verify condition of liner.
2. Upon dealer approval, warranty will continue uninterrupted according to the original terms of the warranty.
3. A transfer fee must be paid to the pool dealer upon approval.
4. Properties that will be unoccupied for more than one week between new homeowners must sign up for weekly pool service from the pool dealer.
5. Houses unoccupied for more than 90 days will not be eligible for warranty transfer.
